We accept returns provided that you notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving your product. Please note that flowers are not eligible for return.

If there is an issue with your product, please notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, except for flowers, which are not eligible for returns or refunds.

At Joy Kreationz, we select the freshest flowers so you can enjoy their beauty for many days. However, fresh flowers have a life of their own, and we can not guarantee how long they will last. Sometimes, we will have to substitute flowers depending on availability. Your arrangement will still be amazing!
Any flower order requires three days' notice. As our business grows, we will be able to offer same-day orders.
No refunds are available on any flower arrangement.
